Building on previous study of the language, English I reinforces and expands the language skills of the student at the A2.2 - B1.1 level, as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Language. The prgramme focusses on spoken and written texts of general interest and of specific interest to the students' course of study and explores the respective vocabulary and structures. practice in the four skills is complemented by the revision and consolidation of grammar and syntax.
